We just strolled in to look at this new type of Pick up; the Santa Cruz. We were looking for a SUV. However, Lori came over but gave us space as we ogled the truck. We really appreciated that. The more we looked the more we liked it. She must of know that. She asked, "Would you like to test drive it?" We did, it was awesome. Although we were looking for an SUV, which we did test drive later. Lori was able to decipher all our needs and wants and she was able to give us the choices that best fit them. She was so helpful, so polite, and very very educated in the vehicles on her lot; everything from the electric, SUV and the Santa Cruz. We ended up buying the Santa Cruz SEL model. Heated and AC seats, fancy turn signal side detector, the Starbucks button, lol. She showed us all of it. Explained everything so well and so professionally. We had a pleasant experience at Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland. We had an appointment to look at a vehicle which ended up being sold before we got there. No problem there, I understand that it is first come first serve. We were shown a few other similar vehicles and ended up buying something that had everything we were looking for. First off I want to say that all the staff were great. We had our daughter with us and everyone was super friendly and interactive with her which was nice because car shopping isn't very fun for young children. They also have a great playroom with some awesome toys to help distract her which was a nice little touch. We had the pleasure of working with Dom(Diego) and Lori. Lori was great at communicating on the phone before we arrived as well as later on the process with a very "to the point" approach which was nice. Dom(Diego) did a great job of finding models that we might be interested in. He has a great attitude and was very helpful and thourogh with answering our questions and explaining features to us. He gave us his honest opinion when needed and overall made the experience great. I would work with Dom(Diego) whenever it is time to purchase our next vehicle, he was great. I would also like to give a shout out to the finance guy. While his actual name escapes me right now, his nickname is "Big Leather." Big Leather was great. Not only did he help us set up payment, we also had a great conversation about kids, likes, and of course how he got his nickname. We’ve had two Hyundais in the past, so the brand was at the top of our list when we decided to shop for a hybrid vehicle. The Hyundai Tucson is a leader in mid sized SUV hybrids - my opinion but also top 3 in all the reviews I’ve read. Shout out to Taylor in sales!!! We love this dealership. We bought our new Ioniq 5 in July and I went in for my first service (tire rotation) today. Upon inspection, we had an issue with our air filter on a brand new car which we believed to be pre-existing. Great customer service. I bought my Ioniq5 last year, and that experience went very well. Last month I started having trouble charging. I brought the car in, they checked everything and said car was good. Suggested I check the charger. Bob, their EV guy, lent me a charger so I could see if it was a charger problem. It was - the loaner worked perfectly. Bob then made sure I knew what to look for in a charger and which adapter I would need for the new charger. Bob made everything easier! I have also found the service team to be efficient and easy to work with. And so is everyone else - I walked in once to ask a random question and got help right away. A pleasure doing business with them.
