My current cars transmission went out, was gonna cost $5000 to fix. The dealership still took my car for a trade in and was able to get me a new car in my price range and financed it. Amy was an awesome sales person. She wasn’t pushy, listened to my needs and got me into a great 2022 Santa Fe. Kevin is great, I live in Denver and we talked through text. He made me a virtual tour of an ionic 5 I did end up purchasing. Bojangels helped me find a car recently and the process was super quick and easy! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He was very friendly and not pushy. I found the perfect car for me and my family. One thing I will mention and the title complete form took over a month to be mailed to the DMV. I had to call several times before the issue was resolved. But other than that my experience with the dealership was great.

Had an issue with a knocking sound in the rear of my 2020 Palisade due to faulty rear shocks. The first fix didn’t work, but Dylan reassured me the car was safe to drive and kept the work order open until they found the right solution. This was a lifesaver as I had to make several trips to South Dakota due to a family emergency. Everything was fixed and covered under warranty, even as I approached 60,000 miles. Great service and professionalism—highly recommend Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland!

Highly recommend working with salesman Connor Jorissen! Easy to work with, answered all our questions and did a great job sealing the deal! We will definitely use him and Crossroads in Loveland again!

Christian and Beaujangles at Crossroads Hyundai are the best! They made our car buying experience enjoyable - their customer service is on point. I recently got a brand new Ioniq5 Limited here and within a few days it was determined that it had a major defect (first of its kind in the U.S.). This was the second car I’ve gotten here (the first was a used Kona that had issues). Five stars may seem questionable given both circumstances but they replaced the Ioniq5 with the same kind. They gave me a loaner and they fixed the situation. I have to give complete credit to three people there: Morgan was awesome. She worked with me on the payments to get me where I needed to be and always had the seat and steering wheel warmers on for me when pulling the car around. She went above and beyond. Brett in service was very patient with my lack of patience and also went above and beyond to get me into a nice loaner. Tyler had to redo our contract and made it a very easy process. I was ready to be done with Hyundai, and especially this dealership, but those three people turned me around. Thank you!

This place is top notch! I worked with Wesley Hewitt, and it was a true pleasure. Wesley was very efficient at his job and treated me really well. He wasn't pushy, and I felt as if he was really working with me to get the deal right. Can't recommend Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland enough!
