I found a 2022 Palisade on this dealership's website and it looked solid. Dropped a email to GM Paul Grace with a question or 2 and expected sales to call. Ole Paul reached out himself Monday morning and we had a good call with transparency of the car's background and pricing. We drove up Tues and met with a young Fla rep - Brett Ollila who was able to get the recent trade out of service for a drive and review of carfax and more. Paul and Brett built solid rapport and trust...a Key. By phone and Brett's personal text we got a fair price with items needed and they even worked to get a deposit in place and car all ready by Friday! I expected either the car was broken... or here we go again they are gonna tack on 4 grand in fees at the end.. Other than a 799 dealership fee and taxes the price was the price.. He did mention all the available up sales but in no way pressured me to buy anything extra. He asked me how I wanted to pay.... we paid 15000 cash and got a tiny loan without hassle. I have been looking for this particular car for 2 months been to alot of over priced pushy dealerships. I was defeated by time I got to Mr BoJangles.. Bojangels helped me find a car recently and the process was super quick and easy! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He was very friendly and not pushy. I found the perfect car for me and my family. One thing I will mention and the title complete form took over a month to be mailed to the DMV. I had to call several times before the issue was resolved. But other than that my experience with the dealership was great.

Had an issue with a knocking sound in the rear of my 2020 Palisade due to faulty rear shocks. The first fix didn’t work, but Dylan reassured me the car was safe to drive and kept the work order open until they found the right solution. This was a lifesaver as I had to make several trips to South Dakota due to a family emergency. Everything was fixed and covered under warranty, even as I approached 60,000 miles.
