The employees are, for the most part, friendly and professional. Communication is prompt. Customer treatment in terms of waiting is considerably below acceptable. Expect a dark, sparsely furnished, dirty, dreary and windowless room with stained carpet. It is not what customers deserve. Concern was expressed previously. Nothing was changed. The dealership’s ability to listen to clients is questionable. Would I recommend this leadership: maybe.

We purchased a new Ioniq. Bo was helpful and responsive before, during, and after our purchase and honest and fun to work with. We appreciated his input on buying new or used and we never felt pressured. The dealership was great to work with as we navigated financing and other post-purchase questions.
