Horrible management!!! This dealership doesn't care about their customers. They tried to misrepresent the true state of the vehicle we purchased and apparently planned to push the hidden damage off on the warranty company at our expense! We went in on a Saturday afternoon to purchase a used car and while we loved the car, we wanted it inspected before purchasing it. Our mechanic was closed and we needed the car by Monday so we assumed their service department would do a good inspection. On Monday they said the inspection was done and that it came back good. The salesperson seemed trustworthy so we went to sign the paperwork. The finance guy was extremely rude and pushy in trying to get us to purchase a warranty that would more than double our monthly payments and cost us an extra $16,680 for a $9,800 vehicle. We almost walked out we were so upset with the harassment! The next day our son began driving the car to Denver every day for a work project and noticed the car shaking at speeds over 70. Thinking it was just a tire out of balance, I told him to take back roads at slower speeds until I had time to get it into the tire shop. The tire shop which is my regular mechanic, told me the problem was that the front lower control arm bushings were broken and wallowed out and the rear lateral arm bushings were also broken as well as the rear lower control arm bushing, plus front and rear struts were leaking - $4,400 estimate. He said there is no way that this car had been properly inspected as this damage was obviously going on for some time. Over the next several weeks I left messages for the managers and never got a return call. My sales rep relayed a messages saying I could trade in the car for a newer one but had no further details other than she had asked her manager to call me. That never happened. Finally, after several attempts I got through to the sales manager and he was surprised when I told him the sales rep said they would trade in the vehicle. I said I would be happy for them to just repair it but was open to considering a trade in. He then said the owner was "unwilling to lose any money on this vehicle". He asked me to email him the estimate and inspection report from my mechanic and he would discuss it with the GM. I emailed and waited a week. I sent an email telling that I would like the vehicle repaired or for them to just unwind the deal and give me my money back. I never got a reply or phone call. After a week I called again, was told both the sales manager and GM were busy and they would call me right back - they never did. While the car was purchased "AS IS" they told me the inspection report came back good - THAT IS BLATANT MISREPRESENTATION. They were apparently trying to push the overpriced warranty on me and then have the warranty company cover the damage they had already found and not disclosed to me which is probably why they didn't give me the inspection report. I would have been reasonable with them had they even offered to repair only the control arms/bushings, but they showed no interest in trying to resolve this at all. They don't want to lose money but they have no problem if their customers do lose money! I can almost hear them laughing and saying "Sucker!!".
Bought a few cars from this dealership and never had a bad experience. Knowledgeable staff and make the process easy.
Had a fantastic experience here purchasing a brand new Santa Fe. Process was very simple and easy. Was in and out quickly.
Most horrible experience ever. Took my 20 year old daughter to go look at a car we saw online for $17,000. Was approached by Flint a sales shark that was standing outside. Flint heard nothing I said and proceeded to put us in a 2025, 30,000 car to test drive. I told him I didn't want to drive a car we didn't want. He had a story that he couldn't find those keys but this one was the same model and on and on. He then took us inside and tried to get me to agree to but a while different car that we didn't even try to test drive and it was still $30,000. Ran our credit without our knowledge and everything. I am so upset about the behavior taught and led at this lot. We were unheard, and definitely out numbered by men taking advantage of women. I will never shop here again and will recommend the same to everyone out there. If I didn't know better, it would have scammed so many. Be careful over here, or better yet, stay far away from here. Predators.
Honestly, I would give them negative stars if I could. They price their cars and then do literally thousands of mark up's that you have to fight. Then gave us bad keys, we were locked out of the car for HOURS. Got a locksmith I paid for - they reimbursed me the check bounced. I had to go all the way back up there (45 minutes away) for new keys - gave me the car back filthy and missing parts - that they didnt' even tell me about, I had to find. Asked me to call manager, who could care less. Scammy, slimy, horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dealership. First, they were completely unresponsive when I tried to get clear answers. Then, the hidden fees were outrageous: $160 for nitrogen in the tires, $600 for VIN etching on the glass, and an exorbitant $800 for documentation fees—none of which were properly explained or optional. To make matters worse, they initially quoted me $1,200 for shipping, but when the paperwork came, it was $1,800. The lack of transparency and shady practices here make it clear they’re not trustworthy. Avoid this place if you value honesty and fair treatment.
Horrible sales managers bought 2 new Hyundais from them. Went back to trade a 2023 model in for a 2025. The managers insulted our knowledge wanted our car for nothing. Did not care about Edmonds trade in value said didn’t matter to them. They do not care about return customers . Stay away from this dealership go to a dealership who will work with trading with you and treats you like a human not like you don’t know anything. Will not take our 2023 there anymore for service. We will go where we are valued as a customer.
The Service guys are nice, and the techs do pretty good work... But they seem to have raised their prices. And I mean RAISED THE PRICES! Oh My Gosh! Oil change _used_ to be a little more than other places but if I needed one when I was getting other things done, I'd have them do it for convenience. Today? $124?!!??? For a Sante Fe???? I'd already authorized it, not realizing they'd doubled the (expletives) prices. Had them check some other stuff, and they came back with a quote of over $4400! I paid $3000 for this car... They had great pictures of the joints, and I don't think they're being crooks about the work needing to be done. I just think they're taking a job worth $250-$300, and multiplying by, say, 3 or 4! Unfortunately, I _have_ to get the new key FOB there ($500 :( ) but I'm going elsewhere for the joint work.
AVOID! The salesman, Henry, offered me a good price I agreed to for a 2025 Tucson and sent me a text to put $1K down on the vehicle to hold it, without a purchase agreement or price breakdown. Dave Young, the GM, nixed the deal once I didn’t pay the 1K, and after I expressed my frustrations to them both told me I was playing games and that when the vehicle arrived in November the plan was to charge an entirely different agreed upon price. I’m apparently the one "playing games" by leveraging other offers to them when it was his salesman and sales manager who agreed to the 36K price. I have screenshots of his salesman agreeing to a price and not him backtracking. Dave Young got his feelings hurt that I called out his shadiness and will never get me or my family's business. He and his dog xxxx dealership can kick rocks.
Better have your game on and hold on to your wallet. They try every trick in the book. I used a care loan calculator and determined that I should be able to put $8,000 down and get a loan for 48 mos, $250/month. Their first offer was 8000 down, 293/mo and 72 months !!!!! (yes 72 months). I laughed and said youll have to do WAY better than this or I'll just pay cash. The difference in 48 vs 72 months at 293/ mo is $7,000!!! Tyler (finance manager) said they cant do cash on used cars(?!) After more discussion he showed me a four month payment plan that reduced the interest to a total of $60. Turns out they get commission on financing and therefor dont want to sell for cash. I still had to go through financing and sign papers for a 48 mo loan. I will use the 4 payment plan to save approx $3,000 in interest. Never mind the non-negotiable $799 dealer handling fee and the $500 etch theft protection fee. This is noted on the pricing list as ETP. No one pointed to it or explained it. Did see it on the closing documents. Its another scam like undercoating. Cost them $30 to etch the windows then they slap on a 60 month theft payback plan of $2500 if its stolen. Not worth $30 IMO, but too late, I signed it. Also miss represented the warranty. Basically said it had no warranty because its used. After pressing them they confirmed it still has the factory 10yr/100,000mile drive train and whats left of the factory 5 yr/60,000 mile bumper to bumper. So YES it does have a warranty. Tried to sell me a new bumper to bumper to extend it to 10yr/100,000 for $3,800 and I said no. then dropped it to $2,800. I Immediately said NO again. Asked me at what price would I buy it and I said you can have my keychain for it (inside joke). He then said NO. So- Overstated the loan duration by 24 months=$7,000 Dealer prep and ETP fee=$1200 Extended warranty= $3,800. This adds up to $12,000 in addons on a $17,000 car! I only paid the $1200 DPH and ETP and still feel ripped off. You have been warned- have game or dont play here!
False advertising. Dealer website clearly showed a price including dealer fees. When I tried to purchase vehicle, dealer insisted on an additional $799.00 in dealer fees explaining advertising was a mistake. In addition they added $499.00 in security glass etching & approximately $200.00 to put nitro in tires. Neither of these had been done yet & I stated I didn't want to purchase extras. Dealer refused to sell car unless I purchased extras stating "we can't make any money unless these are purchased." Needless to say I didn't purchase vehicle. A very unpleasant experience.
I went to this dealership ready to purchase a lightly used Santa Fe. Their website states that the dealer's fee of $799 is included in the advertised price of the vehicle. I was told there was a military discount - not true. After wasting couple hours of my time getting all the information to run my credit and for the supposed military discount, I was finally allowed to address the price. At that time, I was given a sheet of paper that itemized the costs. The advertised price of the vehicle was raised by $450, the $799 dealer fee was added, and they told me I had to pay $1600 for the clear coat that had been applied to the car. So an additional $2849 was added to the advertised price. I asked what the cash price would be and was told I would not be give any of the "discounts" for it being a used vehicle with 3000 miles on it. Essentially telling me that I would be expected to pay the price for a new vehicle if I paid cash. After wasting more time trying to get them to align with their own website and advertised price, I left without the car. I found out that they also ran an actual loan application with Bank of America without my permission. We never agreed on a price, and I was never going to use their financing anyway as they could not get close to my credit union rate. I will never go to this dealership again, even for warranty service.
Crossroads Hyundai Loveland's Service Dept in mid-Nov '23 did faulty repair (cost $512) of emergency brake problem, which caused $3300 damage to brake and axle systems. Blamed us, in dispute over a month, F-150 truck sat, unsafe to drive. Finally they accepted responsibility and eventually fixed it (no charge), but won't refund the $512 we paid for their bad original job. Crossroads Hyundai Loveland is not accredited by Better Business Bureau, which has given them rating of "F".
I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz from Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland, Colorado and had a wonderful experience. My salesperson, Dylan Kittredge and general manager Dave Young, Dana, and Finance manager Bradley are absolutely phenomenal, they were honest and treated me with respect, Dylan even went out of his way to go out and grab me a hamburger and fries during the process of purchasing, thanks again Dylan👍👍. General Manager Dave Young was kind and very considerate helping me with the purchase, Dana was fantastic helping out, and Bradley in Finance was exceptional 👏 👌 👍 even the service dept. is exceptional I am very pleased with everything.!!!
Worst experience! Matt was condescending when he thought I was shopping by myself. Stated that used vehicles were typically in the condition of this vehicle. Ripped front driver seat, large cigarette burn on passenger seat, huge dimple on dash, destroyed arm rest, cracked windshield, and filthy (not detailed). I told him that was not my experience. When my nephew came in and told him the car was a piece of xxxx, and he should be embarrassed to have that car on the lot, let alone selling it he walked away with his tail between his legs. Matt never spoke to me again. Told my nephew he would keep me in mind for another vehicle. DONT BOTHER!
